Senior Project Manager – Substation / Data Center Infrastructure (2 Openings)

Salary: Up to $210,000 Base + 20% Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
We're partnered with a leading electrical infrastructure contractor seeking two Senior Project Managers to deliver large-scale Substation and Data Center projects across Texas.
These are high-impact leadership positions overseeing the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure supporting hyperscale data centers and utility interconnections. You'll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong relationships with both utility and private clients.

Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of Substation and Data Center infrastructure projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
- Oversee project estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, forecasting, and execution.
- Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, change management, cost control, and reporting.
- Lead Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, and project support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients, developers, EPC partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of multiple large-scale projects.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Support business development efforts by maintaining existing client relationships and identifying future opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within electrical utility construction.
- Strong background delivering Substation, Power Delivery, or Data Center electrical infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing EPC or self-perform construction projects valued at multi-million-dollar levels.
- Strong understanding of project controls, estimating, cost forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and commercial management.
- Proven leadership experience managing large project teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
